About
Curious about what’s next. Focused on moving business forward.
My story
I’m a strategy and operations leader with more than 15 years of experience helping organizations set direction, build capabilities, and turn complex plans into action. My work connects business strategy, technology, and the decisions about people, resources, and priorities that determine whether an organization can deliver.
My career has taken me across consulting, government, nonprofit, and professional services. Along the way, I’ve helped develop new consulting offerings, guided strategic planning for large portfolios, established governance for new capabilities, and led the business side of global cloud adoption. Working across those environments has taught me how to bring structure to ambiguity while understanding the people and organizational dynamics behind it.
Today, my work spans enterprise operations, growth strategy, and emerging technology. I lead delivery and business operations for a multimillion-dollar engagement, including staffing, P&L management, and revenue forecasting. I also partner with senior executives on account strategy, connecting growth priorities with the capabilities and resources needed to support them. My experience includes designing a shared-services framework for more than 200 employees and leading a 20-person team to establish an enterprise software asset management program.
Commercial strategy is another important part of my experience. I’ve held lead roles in more than $1 billion in pursuits and proposals, with responsibilities spanning opportunity shaping, strategy, pricing, staffing models, and proposal development. That work has given me a practical understanding of how organizations connect market opportunities with financial decisions and delivery commitments.
I’m naturally curious about emerging technology, particularly AI, cloud, quantum, and automation. I enjoy understanding what these technologies make possible and working through what organizations need to adopt them successfully. That means asking questions about business value, ownership, workforce readiness, cost, and how a new capability will fit into everyday operations.
The questions I tend to come back to are straightforward: What are we trying to accomplish? Where should we invest? What needs to change? And how will we know it’s working? I help leaders work through those questions, make the tradeoffs visible, and build alignment around a clear path forward.
My approach
How I work through a technology decision.
This is how I tend to work, not a branded methodology. Real projects loop back through these steps.
Clarify the business objective
Start from the decision or result the organization needs, not from the technology.
Evaluate the opportunity and readiness
Test what the capability would change and what has to be true (data, skills, governance, funding) for it to work.
Align ownership and resources
Make accountability explicit and connect people, funding, and delivery requirements in one plan.
Enable adoption
Design the intake, process, and support that let teams actually use what’s been built.
Assess outcomes
Measure results in business terms, within their real scope, and use what we learn to set the next priority.
Beyond the role
Curious by default.
Outside of work, I enjoy exploring new places, discovering memorable food and wine experiences, and spending time on horseback. Travel is one of my favorite ways to experience different cultures, especially through local food, wine, and conversations with the people who know a place best. I also enjoy the energy of live events, whether it’s a sporting event or a great concert.
I value opportunities to volunteer, contribute to causes I care about, and connect with people from different backgrounds. Whether I’m visiting a new destination, exploring closer to home, or trying something for the first time, I appreciate a mix of adventure, connection, and time to slow down.
Connect
Let’s talk about what’s next.
I enjoy connecting with people exploring what’s next in technology and what it means for business. Reach out to exchange ideas, share experiences in strategy and operations, or continue a conversation from an industry event. Different perspectives always give us something new to think about.
